Feeling like your jeans are giving you a little extra loving than they used to? You either shrunk them or its time to back off the nacho/ cookies/ stickers loving a little bit. SMoothies are a great way to boost your health, make digestion easier, and "heal" your body. Melons, avocados, and Apple's are good places to start.
